Global Education Resource Guide

Each teacher in the TGC Program was sent with a group of several other fellows to one of several countries. My field experience was in India. For the majority of the program, two US teachers were matched with host teachers in different communities throughout the country. My travel partner, Shirley, and I had the pleasure of being hosted by Mamatha who teaches at a Government School in Bangalore. We spent eight days with Mamatha, observing and working in her school and in a nearby private school she had reached out to.
